Jellyfish (12 months to 24 months)

• Increase child’s comfort levels in the water.
• Classes are taught with parent in the pool.
• Patience and fun are the key component to a great class.
• Back float (goal is for independent back float)
• Child must wear water resistant diaper.
• 15 minutes – 30 minutes class.

Sea Turtles (over 3 years old)

• Water adjustment (water entry, exploring the pool)
• Swimming front (front float, front glide, and leg action)
• Swimming on back (back float, back glide, leg action)
• Breath control (blowing bubbles, under water exploration)
• Changing directions (rolling back to front, rolling front to back)
• Water entry and exit
• ½ hour class
• 4 students per instructor

Stingrays 4-5 years old

• Water entry and exit
• Breath control and under water swimming
• Advanced water survival skills
• Buoyancy on front and back
• ½ hour class
• 4 to 5 students per instructor

Seahorse (24-36 Months)

• Independent back float
• Learn to push from wall.
• Learn to jump in, roll over, and back float.
• ½ hour class
• 3 students per instructor

Dolphins 5 years and older

• Stroke development level 1
• Beginning stroke in freestyle and backstroke
• Butterfly and breaststroke introduction
• ½ hour class
• 5 students per instructor

Level 2 Sharks (5 to 6 years old )

• Swimmers will advance in their diving skills, freestyles, backstroke, and turning techniques
• Swimmers will learn butterfly and breaststrokes techniques
• 45 minutes class
• 5 to 6 students per instructor

• Continue to learn strokes techniques.
• Learn turns, including flips and proper turns for each stroke.
• Training on endurance.
• Working on goals to advance to pre-team.
• 1 hour class
