Alani Aquatic Center assumes no responsibility for the safety of any users of the pool or pool equipment or damage to personal property or equipment. I have read and agreed to abide by the rules set forth by Alani Aquatic Center. I hereby agreed to release Alani Aquatic Center, Roland Lopez, Leyanes Silva-Lopez, and coaches, from any liability in the event of an accident or injury. I also state my child is physically fit to participate in the event. Non-participates/ non-swimmers should be monitor and supervised by parent or guardian. No lifeguard on duty. Our coaches and instructors are lifeguard certified by the American Redcross. Parent or Guardian must be present for the entire class.
I give permission for my child images, picture, videos, capture during event, to be used for the sole purposed of promotional events, publications, website, and social media.
SWIM DIAPERS: All students under the age of three (3) years old and students who are not potty-trained must wear a swim diaper and have their swimming clothes over the diaper.
24 hours cancelation notice is required to be able to reschedule a class.
