Parents must supervise their children before and after their swimming class. Please do not allow your child to enter the pool until the instructor is ready to begin their class. . Under no circumstances will children be allowed to remain in the pool after class.

I understand photos and video are taken at Alani Aquatic Center and may be used for internal marketing to our clients (e-newsletters, facility flyers and posters, social media etc.) I understand that names are never printed with the photos of children.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way swimming program at Alani Aquatic Center, its related events and activities, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that: 1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential For permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline May reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and, 2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume full Responsibility for my participation; and 4.
